Mandy Patmore fragile, powerful, moody, uncompromising... Mandy Patmore demands an audience. Blending soulful acoustic beats with heartbreaking poetic lyrics and a voice to remember, Mandy's songs are an unforgettable mix of angry ballads and catchy indie rock. After years of playing in a crazy eclectic mix of bands ranging from punk to jazz, Mandy got sick of the politics and decided to go it alone. She has been performing as a solo artist now for 3 years, and her debut EP is due for release at the end of the year. She writes songs about things that move her, amuse her, and piss her off

The Nukes Originally formed in the early 80’s ‘the Nukes’ quickly realised that the world wasn’t quite ready for a ‘post-punk’ ukulele trio, all agreeing to meet again at some unknown point in the future when the musical environment became more suited to their unique musical stylings.

That time came about recently when the original 3 gathered together to perform a short set at this years Titirangi Festival of Music. The original line-up is all here: Laingholm resident David Theille, affectionately referred to as ‘Snapper’, together with Ben’country boy’ Collier and the Fingers of fire himself Dave Parker.

This will be a set to remember as audiences will be surprised, sometimes shocked but always entertained by this group of Ukulele enthusiasts ‘the Nukes’

Sheltana Soulful vocals, blistering flute, haunting Uillean Pipes and exotic Middle Eastern percussion. Sheltana is a language from Irish Gaelic that the gypsy travellers used as a kind of code. The name Sheltana means the travellers and is apt as Dee, Rich and Schluppy are originally from the UK, Dee coming from Wales - they can all sing can't they! Rich and Schluppy from York. Yair brings the exotic flavour from Israel, and Jon our funky bass player, all the way from Whangarei! So yes we've all travelled far and wide, and formed the band in 2004, Jon joining us last year. The two tracks are from the forthcoming debut album " The Fire Inside of Me", which is still in process, being recorded in Rich's shed in Glen Eden, where all the band live.....Glen Eden that is, not in the shed!

Charlotte Johansen Her sound is acoustic pop, satirical and truthful yet optimistic and reassuring.

As a performer Charlotte is compelling and genuine. Her songs map her personal development as a woman and a song writer. She narrates the ebbs and flows that we all experience and though they seem personal the themes are universal. Charlotte sings to exfoliate the soul hers and ours. Her sound is not saccharine she plays with a unique balance between tenderness and tenacity
