Since the announcement of the inaugural La De Da New Year’s Eve music festival last month interest in this event has reached fever pitch with 10,000 tickets selling in just over 2 weeks!
Following on from the unprecedented demand for early-bird tickets earlier this month, La De Da festival organizers are happy to announce that all General Release tickets have now sold out.
However due to pleas from punters, La De Da festival organizers have agreed with the venue to make a final 2,000 tickets available for purchase on Monday 2 August at 9am.
"The demand for La De Da has been crazy!” says Festival Co-Director Josh Mossman. “Tickets sold so fast, and the response from the public was massive. La De Da is going to be one huge party, and we can’t wait to end this decade and kick off 2011 with everyone. Martinborough isn’t going to know what hit them!”
La De Da is Aotearoa’s newest music festival set amongst the Alana Estate Vineyards in Martinborough, and is the only place to be this New Year’s Eve. The festival will feature performances from the country’s top musicians including Kora, Katchafire, Hollie Smith, Salmonella Dub, Six60, Minuit, The Upbeats (Live), Mt Eden Dubstep, 1814, The Thomas Oliver Band, and will be hosted by DJs Nick D and Clarke Gayford.
