You Me At Six have chosen two local support acts for their debut all ages NZ show at The Studio in Auckland on September 21^st. We’re pleased to announce the thrilling power-pop outfit Kingston will be joining YMA6 and NZ’s hottest all-girl band Ivy Lies will open up the evening.

It will be a welcome return by the much loved Kingston who have been away finishing their debut album.  Their infectious power pop has already scored two Top 40 hits Good Good Feeling and Round We Go. On the verge of releasing their new single Lotto, Kingston will take a studio break to join in the fun on September 21.

Ivy Lies hit the ground running with their first single Addicted, which debuted at #27 in the NZ Chart and won a Juice TV award for the Best Break Through Video. This all-girl pop rock band have a swag of catchy guitar driven tunes under their belt and are about to tour NZ in support of new single I Lie Awake.

Doors open at 6.30pm and approximate running times are Ivy Lies 7pm, Kingston 7.45pm and You Me At Six at 8.45pm.

This will be You Me At Six’s first appearance in NZ and they arrive fresh from their huge mainstage appearances and acclaim at Reading and Leeds festivals in the UK. It was the stuff of dreams for singer Josh Franceschi – taking the stage just before Limp Bizkit, getting a shout out from headline act Blink 182 and having his stage invaded by a certain red-headed singer!
