Motocade in Association with Under The Radar Present…
MOTOCADE’S HOLY MOLY EP RELEASE WITH SHOWS IN AUCKLAND & WELLINGTON
Get your party pants on because local lads Motocade return to the live music scene to celebrate the release of their new limited edition EP, Holy Moly.
Playing in Wellington on the 16th of December and Auckland on the 17th, the band will perform tracks from the EP including hit single ‘Holy Moly’, which has been dominating the airwaves for the last couple of months. The limited edition EP will only be available from the live shows and selected stores.
Proving it’s a show not to be missed, Motocade have gained some international kudos over the last year with high profile gigs including the CMJ Music Marathon in New York City and being selected to play at the NZ Showcase in Soho. They preceded New York with a main centre tour of Australia, playing club nights alongside some top Australian and international indie artists.
With a hurtling rhythm section, explosive guitars and spine tingling vocal melodies and harmonies, Motocade have cemented their place in the NZ music scene for both their live performances and critically acclaimed releases. A brand new full length album (featuring new radio single ‘The Big Empty’) is scheduled for release early in the New Year.
Supporting Motocade on the road is electro-synth pop duo, Computers Want Me Dead, who have been staging their own radio take-over with their debut single ‘We Walk in Circles’. With an energetic electro-fuelled live set that's leaving audiences buzzing, Computers Want Me Dead have already been nabbed to play several major New Zealand gigs such as Rhythm & Vines and Our House alongside big name international artists.
You can catch Motocade and Computers Want Me Dead live at the following venues:
Thursday 16 December: San Francisco Bath House, Wellington
Friday 17 December: Bacco, Auckland
Tickets available from www.undertheradar.co.nz from Wednesday 24 November
