JAMES BLUNT
SECOND NEW ZEALAND SHOW ADDED DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND
New Zealand's love affair with award winning singer/songwriter James Blunt continues, with the announcement of a second NZ show, this time in Wellington.
Bringing a full band with him for his first tour of New Zealand since 2011, Blunt and his band will start the tour in Wellington for a very special run of shows in May/June this year, with special guests Busby Marou.
With tickets to his one Auckland concert selling fast, Wellington audiences can now see Blunt perform at the TSB Bank Arena on Tuesday 27 May, playing songs from his fourth studio album as well as his best-loved hits.
The timing of this tour could not be better for Blunt fans, with new album Moon Landing still sitting in the NZ Top 40 and achieving Gold sales. His first single from the album, Bonfire Heart also made waves around the world, debuting at #8 on the NZ Top 40 singles chart and the video receiving an incredible 10 million plus views online! Check out the official video here.
Greeting audiences with their country-tinged folk-pop, the gifted Tom Busby and Jeremy Marou will join Blunt on the tour, showcasing songs from their new album Farewell Fitzroy (out now through Warner Music).
Wellington, don’t miss your chance to see James Blunt on this special tour. Tickets on sale 9am Monday 10 February.
