The North Shore Winds is a multi-award winning concert band organisation based on Auckland's North Shore. Our primary focus is on providing an environment in which brass, woodwind and percussion musicians can learn and excel at fun and challenging music, alongside experienced conductors and talented fellow members. This is done in a social environment in which members are able to meet and network with other musicians.

Our bands regularly perform at events around Auckland and the rest of New Zealand, at various music festivals. We also stage regular exciting community concerts that collaborate with other artists and showcase the amazing talents of the North Shore.

Players are given additional opportunities to develop their musicianship through forming smaller ensembles or performing as a soloist.
