Steve and Cheryl O'Connor perform as "Pink Champagne", playing acoustic vintage and contemporary blues and soulful jazz standards. Their debut album "Strike Me Pink!" is a collection of favourite songs and own compositions; they also have a special EP called "Stick To Yer Guns!" which contains seven tracks of dynamic blues tracks, three of which are self-penned. They have played at the Bay of Islands Jazz and Blues Festival and also the Taranaki Festival of Lights.
