Due to continuing uncertainty around Covid-19 levels, the promoter of the three-part concert series Come Together, today announces
that the first tour, Neil Young's Live Rust, is being rescheduled to January.
New dates for LIVE RUST are: Christchurch, 14 January; Wellington, 15 January; and Auckland, 16 January.
The good news is that Liam Finn will
now be available to join this epic line-up of artists, recreating the magic that bought critical acclaim last year when he teamed up with Jon Toogood,
Samuel Flynn Scott, SJD, Delaney Davidson, Dianne Swann and Brett Adams to perform this iconic album, live on stage. The concert series will be under the direction of New Zealand’s acclaimed music producer Jol Mulholland.
Performed
in its entirety with a bonus set of New York classics spanning Buffalo Springfield to Crazy Horse, this full-scale production will transport New Zealand audiences to a Neil Young rock gig they've only ever dreamed about.
Bridging solo acoustic jewels and explosive electrical storm, Live Rust sold platinum in the USA, but only in New Zealand did it reach #1, spending a staggering 50 weeks in the charts.
New Zealand, it's time to rock out!
