Brisbane based Hard Psych-Rock outfit For The Wolves are set to release their brand new single Through The Fire on March 12th. The song was recorded and produced at Studio Circuit, Burleigh Heads, Queensland Australia. Following on from the bands previous releases in the back half of 2020, Through The Fire delivers a psychedelic journey with harnessed aggression. The song has been a mainstay in the bands live set for the last couple of years, and with fan demand - Through The Fire has finally seen the focus it deserves producing an evolved and eclectic musical offering, with heaviness to boot.
For The Wolves are a powerhouse heavy psych-rock trio based in Brisbane Australia, creating hard hitting tunes infused with psychedelia, heaviness and ambient soundscapes. Through The Fire is a dynamic hard rock composition, with delicate psychedelic motifs adjacent to heavy octave laden guitars. The song is the culmination of the band’s unique character as they begin to interweave the unique elements of their sound and carve their own spot in the heavy rock and psych rock genres. After receiving international attention and national radio play (most notably Triple M’s Hard N Heavy) with their most recent releases - For The Wolves have quickly returned with another compelling track and the next chapter in their ever-evolving sonic narrative.
After a few years playing on the local music scene and sharing the bill with Australian rock heavyweights like Dead Letter Circus and Cog, For The Wolves have honed their craft both live and in the studio, recording new material for release in 2021 and plenty of live shows to deliver their musical message. You can see the band live on release day at Woolly Mammoth Main Stage, Brisbane on March 12th.
