Stewart Allan is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Aotearoa, New Zealand. From singing behind the Iron Curtain, touring Japan and New Zealand as well as directing and writing music for stage and screen. Stewart is signed to Rattle Records. Following his first single and its brilliant music video, Shall We Dance, Silver Wings also comes from the forthcoming album, Nine Rooms, Produced by Arli Liberman and Stewart Allan, mastered by Chris Chetland at Kog Studio.

Nine Rooms album covers 9 geographical spaces or rooms, each a mini-universe based on significant experiences Stewart has had over the past few years. Each one represents a significant junction in his life up to this point. Lyrically the music traverses themes of loss, change, death, relationships, intimacy, war, and the ultimate questions of existence.
