Y$O is New Zealand’s most exciting rising collective. An eclectic merger of R&B & Hip-Hop, Y$O comprises an explosive stable of NZ’s youngest and most slept on. Featuring artists such; Sam V, Jarna, Aidan Fine and BrokeBoi Ace alongside producers like EDY, M4 & CreationKit. Y$O has no shortage of talent. On September 24, they release their first debut project entitled: Young & $lept On.
A 22 minute listening experience which captures the diversity, flair & finesse of the rising group - with singles such as Cotton Candy, Limelight and MIA, peaking at #5 #8 and #15 on the NZ Hot Singles Charts respectively and Cotton Candy receiving a cult following on TikTok.
The production chops of EDY & CreationKit in collaboration with the live musicianship of M4 create the perfect frame for emcees Aidan Fine & BrokeBoi Ace to paint, in collaboration with the vocal talents of Sam V & Jarna. Leading singles such as Fantasy and Cotton Candy allow for a diverse listening experience.
