New Zealand Music Month is upon us and we are excited to share this year’s FromThePit music photography exhibition with everyone. Showcasing 89 stunning images from 50 talented photographers and a music soundtrack featuring Kiwi talents Kendall Elise, Rodney Fisher and up and coming artist Venice.
This year is our biggest exhibition yet and FromThePit will be shown on over 70 screens around the country including the Auckland Live giant screen in Aotea Square and the Spark Arena Fan Studio. Starring Kiwi artists such as Six60, Ladyhawke and BENEE along with up and coming artists WAJA and Georgia Lines just to name a few.
Auckland Council are delighted to host this exhibition at 46 different libraries and community spaces. From Whangaparaoa to Papakura, Henderson to Saint Heliers, the wonderful work of the FromThePit collective of live music photographers can be viewed over the month of May.
