Music News - Sunshine and blue skies are set to be the background of North West Wine, Beer & Food Festival this weekend

The sun will be shining this Saturday at The Hunting Lodge for the long awaited return of North West Wine, Beer & Food Festival.
Loop acknowledges it has been a particularly trying time for Aucklanders and those impacted by the recent flooding and they're working hard to provide a day of top quality entertainment
"In the midst of a summer that has seen multiple cancellations and postponements across Auckland, North West Country are looking forward to a great day at The Hunting Lodge showcasing the best the North West region has to offer. The music lineup is one which will not be seen anywhere else this summer, and features the only Auckland show this summer for Bic Runga," says Mikee Tucker, directer of Loop.
With food, beer and wine aplenty, the day will feature wineries Coopers Creek, The Hunting Lodge, Kumeu River, Soljans Estate Winery & Westbrook Winery, breweries Hallertau Brewery & Liberty Brewing Co, Kombucha from Mama's Brew Shop and special dishes from food vendors including Michael Van de Elzen’s Good From Scratch, Hallertau Brewery, The Hunting Lodge & Morepork BBQ.
Alongside the delicious fares, North West Wine, Beer & Food Festival will feature some of Aotearoa’s top artists including Bic Runga, Troy Kingi & The Promises, Hollie Smith, Georgia Lines and Nick Brightwell.
Limited tickets remain from Loop.co.nz, with limited on-site parking, return bus tickets from Auckland City, Muriwai, Helensville, Kumeu & Riverhead available.
The festival will have a plush VIP option including priority entry. The VIP zone will have a separate bar, deluxe bathrooms and a private covered outdoor space. A Tasting Zone will also be showcasing the beverage on offer.
As with previous years, the festival will be hosting a kids zone, making it a truly family-friendly event with discounted tickets available for children under 18 and free tickets for children under 5.
Set in the picturesque surrounds of the The Hunting Lodge Wine Estate – just 30 minutes northwest of Auckland city, the North West Wine, Beer & Food Festival is the perfect celebration of summer for foodies and music lovers alike.
