Saturday July 22nd features Wellington based producer and musician Cory Champion with his Clear Path Ensemble, fresh off the back of their critically acclaimed international release Solar Eclipse released on UK based label Soundway Records.
The album channels elements of moody electronic soundscapes fused with synth hooks and moments of intense free-jazz like intensity all under the new contemporary jazz umbrella currently very much in vogue internationally at present.

Friday August 4th features the super-group that is The Lahaar featuring vocalist Mara TK, Julien Dyne on drums with extra special guests Horatio Luna and Surprise Chef's Lachlan Stuckey both from Melbourne, Australia.

Their very recent 5-track rollercoaster of an EP out on UK label Soundway Records fuses porto-rap disco instrumentals, Nigerian boogie, Jamaican dub and modern jazzy house with the legendary vocals of Mara TK. Already this EP has lit up international DJ charts with support from many top DJ’s. This will be one hell of a show!
Also on this bill for Elemental Jazz are Auckland band Phoebe Rings who will bring their unique dream pop/avant-jazz style to Neck of the Woods for a rare Auckland show. Fronted by singer/ songwriter/keyboardist Crystal Choi, Phoebe Rings released their self-titled debut EP in 2021 to much adoration after cementing their reputation as a dynamic live act.
