Matt Bizzle and Kevin Posey have teamed up with the talented vocalist Mols Esme to release their latest single You Do You. The track encourages listeners to embrace their individuality and value themselves, even if it means being selfish at times.
You Do You blends elements of jazz, soul, and house music to create a unique sound that is both catchy and uplifting. The song features Mols Esme’s stunning vocals, as well as saxophone solos from Matt Bizzle and lyrical rap verses from Kevin Posey.
“We wanted to create a song that would inspire people to love and accept themselves for who they are,” says Matt Bizzle. “It’s important to remember that it’s okay to prioritize your own needs and desires, even if it goes against what others may expect of you.”
The song’s positive message is particularly relevant in today’s world, where social media and other external pressures can make it difficult for individuals to feel confident and secure in their own skin. You Do You serves as a reminder that self-love is a crucial part of personal growth and happiness.
You Do You is now available on all major streaming platforms!
Matt Bizzle has performed at some of New Zealand's biggest festivals, including Deep Hard N Funky, Rhythm and Vines, Bay Dreams, and Splore, as well as opening for renowned artists such as Six60, Example, Jupiter Project, and Netsky. He has also shared the stage with some of the biggest names in house music, performing at the very first Defected Records show in New Zealand alongside headliners Mike Dunn, Sam Divine, Ferreck Dawn, and Riva Starr.
