TOI set to bring in summer with a new single and a headline tour

06 October 2023 - 0 Comments

With summer just around the corner, TOI are gearing up to bring their signature feel-good sounds to the people of Aotearoa.

The Wellington-based band have today revealed that they’ll be dropping a new single Wired on Friday, October 20 and to celebrate, they’re hitting the road for a three-date headline tour.

TOI’s ‘Wired Tour’ will kick off in Auckland on November 3 at Big Fan, followed by a show in Raglan on November 4 at The Yard, before finishing with a bang in their hometown of Wellington at Meow on November 17.

This is the first time in more than two years that TOI have played their own headline tour and fans of the much-loved collective can expect a mix of new tunes, including their recently released singles Essence and We Got This, alongside fan favourites, and of course, the soon-to-be-released new single, Wired.

The band’s lead singer Conway Jeune says they can’t wait to get back out and play to their fans.

“The world is a different place since we last toured our music as the headline, and we’re excited to get out there and see our homies, as well as new fans we haven’t met yet. We can’t wait to play our new, soulful, homemade tunes to live crowds!”

With a hard-earned reputation as one of the tightest bands on Aotearoa’s live scene, TOI has traveled the breadth and width of the country performing their own headlining shows; playing killer sets at festivals and sharing stages with heavyweights such as Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ocean Alley, Fat Freddy’s Drop, Katchafire, L.A.B. and Tash Sultana.

Don’t miss the chance to catch TOI’s new live set on the ‘Wired Tour’!
