Music and theatre combine in a new collaborative production which premiered at Palmerston North's Centrepoint Theatre last week.
Commissioned by legendary New Zealand songwriter Tim Finn, and written by hot young playwrite Toa Fraser (Bare, No. 2), the musical show 'Feedback' stars regular Fraser collaborator Madeliene Sami, singer/actor Matthew Dwyer and Steve Tofa from Auckland band The Mercenaries.
The music was written by Finn himself, and is performed by his current band, Dirty Creatures, whose members include Iain Greenstreet, Mareea Paterson, Neil Watson and former Muttonbirds drummer Ross Burge.
The story of a rockstar whose biggest successes are behind him, 'Feeback' was two years in the making and runs for a three-week season at Centrepoint until 29 June 02, before heading to Sydney in August
