Music News - Adv releases third single from upcoming album 'Sweater Song'

Known for his unapologetic approach to storytelling, Tamaki Makaurau's newcomer, Adv, today releases, Sweater Song, the third single off his upcoming visual album set for release in February 2024. The single is paired with a visually stunning music video directed by Raka Soatini, produced by Kelsey Chapman and Executive Produced by adv (Alex de Vries).
The music video is set to premiere on VEVO on 10 November 2023 at 7:00AM. Sweater Song invites listeners into a world of raw, authentic queer narratives.
Adv's latest release delves into the intricate dance of desire, power dynamics, and the complexity of human relationships. Described by the artist as "the horny song on the album, Sweater Song unabashedly explores the manipulative nuances of a relationship teetering on the edge of self-discovery and longing. “It's very manipulative, it’s very much saying, I will take the blame for this relationship falling apart but only if I get what I want.. It’s a dark song but I think it’s also a fun bop” says adv.
