Kicking off in just over five weeks, the highly anticipated Cross Street Music Festival, happening on 9 March, unveils the final acts in its spectacular 2024 line-up. Discover your new favourite artist at this annual summer
celebration of Aotearoa’s thriving music scene.
The festival has a wide range of killer emerging and established Aotearoa acts, including the already announced Princess Chelsea, Hot Sauce Club, Mirror Ritual, Junior Junior, Fathe
and the Sweetos, deepState, Fruju Peak, Baby Zionov, OD, DJ Solnate and Heylady.
Rounding out the day of unforgettable performances is:
Balu Brigada
New York based alt-pop duo Balu Brigada have gone from strength to strength, signing to Atlantic Records in 2022, with People Magazine coining them as Best New Artist the same year. Balu Brigada have racked up millions of streams on their recent hit single Designer.
Te KuraHuia
Te KuraHuia a multidisciplinary Māori Pasifika singer-songwriter/rapper and music producer, known for fusing mana, her skills, and knowledge to inspire pride and aroha for one’s cultural identity.
She’s just released her latest EP Astro-Tīpuna.
Kédu Carlö
This dynamic duo have carved a unique space for themselves with infectious beats, lush melodies, and electrifying performances
that push the boundaries of electronic music. Their debut album Space Girl Finds Cash was released in May 2023.
Geoff Ong
Geoff Ong is a Malaysian-Chinese jack of all trades. The singer/songwriter,
musician, producer and more released his debut album Maybe It’ll Be Alright! in 2022. His thoughtful, introspective pop music has garnered him a passionate fanbase across Tāmaki Makaurau.
Eli Chico
Originally from the UK, DJ Eli Chico is no stranger to getting the crowd moving, playing a range of old school dance fused with modern house and liquid DnB along with a tonne of grimey UK rap/drill.
