Pitch Black, International Observer, Fat Freddy's Drop, Ebb, Epsilon-Blue & Koru plus DJs Freq Nasty, Nathan Haines, Downtown Brown's Sunshine Sound System, Peak:Shift, Flic, Tubbs, Dean Webb (SouthSideSoul), Simone (Kog Transmissions UK) & Golden Bay Sound System will be performing on Thursday 04 July 02 @ Fabric, London.
LOOP Recordings Aot(ear)oa launches intself into the UK market with what will undoubtedly be the largest showcase of New Zealand music held outside of our own shores in 2002. Produced in association with Crazy Baldhead Ltd, and ABC Recordings 'Return Of The Aotearoanz' is the follow-up to last year's roadblock London gig 'The Underground Sounds Of The Aotearoanz', held @ Cargo on 23 August 01.
The first Aotearoanz gig, which featured Pitch Black, Freq Nasty, Max Maxwell, Automatic and a Kog Transmissions crew, sold out with over 300 people having to be turned away. This year's 'Return Of The Aotearoanz' gig will feature a bigger, broader line-up including LOOP Select 003 CD artists Pitch Black, Fat Freddy's Drop, Ebb & Epsilon-Blue, and through necessity will be held at a larger venue, Fabric, one of London's most popular clubs.
