Following the release of their latest single Every Night, Auckland indie-rockers PARK RD have released their video. Watch here.
The music video sees the band explore their theatrical chops creating their own version of a spy thriller with some tongue-in-cheek homages to 90's cinema.
Conceptualised by the band and translated to the silver screen by emerging directorial talent Dylan Pritchard, Every Night transports you into a kaleidoscope of urban energy and nocturnal allure. Starring as the video spy lead PARK RD's Leo Bond (yes that's his real last name!) is on a mission to capture baddies & fellow bandmates Tom Chamberlain, Carlos Martin, Te Kapua Pene and Angus Hampton before being outsmarted and taken hostage. But in a twist turning the standard spy thriller on it's head Bond is saved by the stunning blonde heroine Harriet Salmon - dressed in a red gown no less.
This fun and captivating visual masterpiece captures the essence of the song's infectious groove in true cinematic flair.
See PARK RD perform next at The Powerstation supporting The Band Camino this Thursday and at their Homegrown debut in March. Every Night continues to lay the foundation for their debut album, set for release in mid-2024.
