Singer-songwriter Jeiel is thrilled to announce the release of his latest single, The One, available on all major streaming platforms starting September 13 at 12am. This emotive Pop/RnB track, produced by Chequered Patterns and recorded at Parachute Studios, delves into the profound themes of coming out, self-discovery, and the excitement of new love.
In The One, Jeiel blends his distinctive melismatic vocals with a captivating romantic sound, continuing the narrative established in his earlier releases, Late Bloomer, Always On My Mind and NVM. The track offers a deeply personal exploration of Jeiel’s journey to embrace his identity and the transformative impact of meeting someone special.
“The One is about my past struggles with my sexuality and the courage it took to finally come out to my family,” shares Jeiel. “Although he turned out to be a total ****twit, he did help me come out."
Jeiel, known for his infectious melodies and introspective lyrics, has been a creative force in music, visual art, and fashion. His artistry, enriched by a background in design, continues to captivate audiences with a unique blend of pop and RnB influences.
