Music News - Last chance for Parachute 2011 Earlybird tickets

15 December 2010 - 0 Comments

The discounted tickets to this summer's Christian music festival have been available since October, and ticket prices will rise to standard gate sale prices after the midnight cut-off.

Adult Full Weekend Passes increase by $20 after midnight.

Parachute 2011 is happening at Hamilton's Mystery Creek Events Centre from January 28 until January 31.

Over 25,000 are expected to attend the four-day event; with the majority of them camping onsite throughout the weekend.

Over 100 local and international bands will perform across the festival's five stages - with headliners including Chris Tomlin (U.S.), Skillet (U.S.), and Stan Walker (Aus).

Former Korn guitarist Brian 'Head' Welch will also be attending Parachute 2011; he will be sharing his life story as a Key Speaker, and also performing with his band on the event's Mainstage.

Welch will also be sharing in a workshop at the festival's conference for musicians. Noise at Parachute 2011 will be held on site during the Saturday and Sunday of festival, with key festival acts sharing practical tips about their music making.
