The tragic earthquake that struck Christchurch yesterday afternoon causing indescribable destruction has shocked our entire country. In true New Zealand spirit, kiwis across the country are uniting in whatever way possible to show their support for Christchurch.
As proud New Zealanders, EMI Music NZ have said they would like to offer their assistance to the people of Christchurch. Through Trade Me they are auctioning off various music items, with all money raised being donated to the Christchurch Earthquake Relief.
Auctions include a ticket and meet and greet package with the Chemical Brothers, an electric guitar signed by Good Charlotte, copies of signed CD's from various artists including Coldplay, Massive Attack and Kenny Rogers, signed posters from artists including Ben Harper and The Chemical Brothers and more amazing experiences to be auctioned, including a Katy Perry prize package to be confirmed - watch this space.
