London based Kiwi band Agent are pleased to announce the release of their new album Kingdom of Fear in New Zealand and Australia on the 6th of May. Kingdom of Fear is the long awaited full length follow up to their debut album Expand/Contract.
Agent features James Donaldson on vocals and guitar, Matt Flower on bass and backing vocals, and Jordan Tredray on drums. Second guitarist Gerald Gill was added to help translate the album live and has since become a permanent fourth member of the group.
Kingdom of Fear is an exciting modern progressive rock album brimming with catchy hooks, powerful lyrics and melodies, swaggering rhythms, and an underlying dark menace.
The album was recorded and produced by Paul Matthews of I Am Giant fame at his London studio and mastered at Sterling Sound in New York by renowned mastering engineer Tom Coyne (Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus, I Am Giant).
"Kingdom of Fear tells several stories and explores various situations that we have encountered over the past while. We are very happy to finally be releasing this album! " - says vocalist and chief lyricist James Donaldson.
Agent are fired up about the release of their new album in New Zealand and Australia with a view to returning home for a tour later in 2013.
