One year after the release of their debut CHAOS THEORY mixtape, Psychodalix will be performing an exclusive preview of their new EP due for release this winter. From 8pm on the 10th April 2015, audiences will be treated to an explosion of vibrant 90s style Hip-Hop, Funk, Jazz, Blues, Afrobeat and Reggae at the Ironbar Cafe located at 150 Karangahape Road, Auckland
The African-born, NZ-based duo of Kurt PSYCHO Murray (South Africa) and Seydou DALIX Cisse (Mali) will combine their love and knowledge of Hip-Hop with their perspectives and life experiences to explore the wisdom of deep Muslim, Christian and traditional philosophies through their unique musical lens.
PsychoDalix will be supported on the evening by fellow up-and-coming young African MCs Munashe, Don Ondrey and MCSD - coming together to celebrate Kiwi-African identity and the exchange between our diverse ethnic kiwi identities in the spirit of true hip-hop culture.
