Music News - Yoko-Zuna’s Debut Album ‘This Place Here’ Out Today

Eclectic Auckland four-piece Yoko-Zuna have come together with some of New Zealand’s most notorious on their debut album This Place Here, out today.
Bringing together the who’s-who and who’s-next of NZ talent, features on the up-coming album include David Dallas, Rodney Fisher, Bailey Wiley, Team Dynamite, Melodownz and Spycc.The genre-explorative album is split into three parts - soul, electronic and hip-hop; with the band’s musical melding taking you on a journey through sub electronic frequencies, melodic moments and immense bass-synth-fuelled drops.
After celebrating the release to a packed-out Ponsonby Social Club last Wednesday, the group are promising further tour dates down the line.
Lead single off the album Revival feat. Team Dynamite has been garnering top plays across a number of the country’s bNets, with the video featuring an epic cartoon battle between the two different outfits – online now.
