Music News - J Williams Releases New Album - Virgo

J Williams has announced that he will release his new album Virgo on September 4. With the announcement also came the video for his latest single Piece Of Me featuring Brooke Duff. Watch it here.
In 2008 J William’s launched his career as a solo artist and by 2009 he released his album, Young Love which debuted at No.5 on the NZ TOP 40 Album Charts and #1 on the NZ Album Charts. To date, he has sold over 120,000 records in NZ made up of gold, platinum and double platinum singles as well as a gold album.
Since October 2013, J has been pursuing another facet of music - theatre. He is now part of the stage production Lion King in Australia which has allowed him to grow his skills in live performance and broadening his vocal range, all the while it has allowed him to spend time working on his sophomore album Virgo.
The new album Virgo is available for pre-order now and features the singles Never Let Go, Ms Rita Featuring Ria Hall & Sid Diamond, Breathe, Broken Love, Tears For Fears cover Want To Rule The World Featuring Dane Rumble and K.One as well as the new single Piece Of Me.
Rather than play out a story lined video – J worked with Director Mark Arona & contemporary choreographer Loredo Malcolm to create a piece of work that complements Piece Of Me rather than detract the viewer.
