Music News - No Broadcast Album Announcement

No Broadcast Album Announcement

20 August 2015 - 0 Comments

No Broadcast are a three-piece sonic/post-rock group hailing from Christchurch. Their music contains atmospheric, ambient and drone qualities which result in 'filmic' textures, reminiscent of HDU, Jakob and Kerretta.

After completing a lengthy nationwide album release tour No Broadcast have been back in the studio recording their second studio album titled The Blueprint, due to release December 2015.

Their new work continues the atmospheric and ambient qualities known to the band but delves into experimentation of new instruments and techniques, resulting in a very dynamic album of soft textures moving into massive "in your face" sonic noise.

No Broadcast will be following up in the coming weeks with the release of a single from the new album.

The band is booking a nationwide tour set to begin in December 2015 and also reaching Victoria, Australia in January 2016 for 5 days of shows.
