Portland USA metal punk assailants Toxic Holocaust are about to make their NZ debut, and a return to Australia, on their Nuke The Southern Cross tour.
Tour stops will include Auckland, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide.
Toxic Holocaust create the perfect marriage of punk angst and metal aggression. They were formed by Joel Grind in 1999 to pay homage to the raw days of metal and punk. Influenced by bands like Discharge, Venom, Slayer and G.B.H.
They will play Auckland on Wednesday, 07 October 2015 at The Kings Arms, 59 France St South, Eden Terrace, Auckland. 8pm Doors. R18. Tickets are $35 + booking fee from http://www.undertheradar.co.nz/.
Toxic Holocaust's latest album, Chemistry of Consciousness was self-recorded by Joel Grind and Nick Bellmore, mixed with Kurt Ballou (Converge) at GodCity Studio and mastered by Brad Boatright (Sleep, From Ashes Rise, Nails) at Audiosiege Engineering. It continues the viscous combination of speed metal/punk that has made Toxic Holocaust into one of the most lethal live bands.
Main support on the tour comes from Bulletbelt (Wellington). Who are fresh from recent support slots with Sepultura, Napalm Death, Carcass and their NZ/AUS tour with Midnight (USA). Auckland only supports come from Just One Fix (Akld) and Execrate (Wgtn).
