Zealand’s First Lady of jazz and soul, Hollie
Smith, is taking to the road to celebrate her new and
captivating single Lady
Dee.
Smith recently signed a licence deal with Warner Music NZ and released Lady Dee along with
its beautifully shot music video, directed and produced by the award-winning MoFresh duo Preston and Faye McNeil.

Lady Dee is the first single from Smith’s
highly-anticipated third solo album, which is due for release in 2016. The new
music follows on from the critically acclaimed solo albums, Long Player and Humour And The Misfortune of Others,
as well as her collaboration with Mara TK on the brilliant Band of Brothers Vol 1.
The hardworking and prolific Smith,
who has a string of prestigious awards to her name, creates music with the
utmost integrity and passion. There is no such word as compromise in her vision
and this has been demonstrated throughout her career with spellbinding live
performances that leave audiences wanting more.
Don’t miss Smith live in concert, with a full band, as she embarks on the next exciting chapter
in a journey that’s steeped in soul.
