Music News - Violent Soho Announce Supports for Nightmare Before Halloween

On the night before the
scariest night of the year, come down to the King's Arms for Nightmare Before
Halloween, a Halloween pre-party with some of the fiercest, most terrorising
bands alive right now!
With only one week to go, Violent Soho are stoked to announce their killer
local support acts: PCP Eagles, Miss June, & a Die! Die! Die! DJ set.
Limited tickets are available for only $20 with a bCard, and Auckland's ghouls and
ghosts would be nuts to miss out on what's going to be an epic night of
nightmarish fun.
Violent Soho have incredibly never
played a show in New Zealand, despite selling over 30,000 copies of their
excellent album Hungry Ghost, and selling out multiple Australian tours. They
recently released the blistering single, Like
Soda.
PCP Eagles is NZ's premier no holds
barred, fun punk rock & roll band with a Kiwi hardcore punk ethos. Since
forming they have supported international acts the likes of Jello Biafra, The
Bouncing Souls, Lagwagon, Pennywise, Alkaline Trio and CJ Ramone. The band have
played the length and breadth of New Zealand, completed three successful
Australian tours, and are probably the most cartooned band in New Zealand.
Fronted by Annabel Liddell, Miss June is a high energy 4 piece
monster which has come a long way since forming only in 2013. Combining
elements of punk, grunge and rock they create a sound with melodic hooks and
fast driven riffs that are immediately recognizable and entirely their own.
Die! Die! Die! need no introduction.
The punk legends will be spinning tunes to get the freaks on the dancefloor
shaking their sh*t.
