Wellington local James Paul has launched his own bespoke music PR project. The vision behind this project is to assist emerging NZ acts in making the most out of any content they release - be it music, video, tours, or merchandise etc.

The name Bow comes from the term “Ball of Wax”, as the project intends to be all inclusive of musical genre/styles/approaches, gender, sexuality, race, and age. There is a sole desire at Bow to get good NZ music releases to more ears.
James is a member of Wellington electronic trio Groeni and also an active participant in many other music scenes within Wellington.
“In the last 12 months with Groeni releasing independently we have had to learn hard and fast about the importance of thorough and well timed release campaigns – I discovered a passion for this and a desire to help other relatively un-established bands in NZ to make the most of their releases.”
Bow’s first project is going to be with Wellington’s exciting progressive-folk trio ‘Pales’. More on that very soon…
