Sammy Johnson (AKA Sammy J) exploded onto the Pacific/Californian Reggae/Roots/Soul scene in
2013 with his hit collaboration Give Me All with iconic Hawaiian reggae star, Fiji.
After conquering Kiwi hearts with his soothing reggae beats and soulful vocals,
he’s been taking on the US playing sell-out shows.
Tomorrow People have grown from a studio project to become one of the country’s most loved
acts. With a sound and vibe best described as sunshine reggae with an island
breeze twist, the seven-piece have two critically acclaimed full-length albums
to their name – 2012’s ONE and 2016’s Bass And Bassinets. The band plays in festivals all over the world and
with a large and loyal fan base, they’re undoubtedly one of the hottest local
acts around.
Three Houses Down were
formed in 2004 by brothers Rob,
Sione and Charlie
Pome and are now one of New Zealand’s most respected reggae
bands. They’ve forged a path across the globe with their infectious tunes and
are currently riding high with their new smash track, Love and Affection,
featuring Rob’s 10-year-old son, up-and-coming reggae superstar, General Fiyah.
