Gold Coast native AMY SHARK present
will return to New Zealand to celebrate the release of her debut EP Night Thinker, playing
two headline shows in Wellington and Auckland this September.
Playing her first ever international show in Auckland to a
sold-out Neck Of The Woods crowd in April this year, Amy is having a whirlwind
2017, with a headline tour across North America in addition to dozens of shows
in her homeland. Making the trip across the Tasman, the New Zealand shows will
round off the Night
Thinker Tour after a string of dates in Australia before Amy heads
back into the studio.
Tickets for both shows go on sale via Live Nation Presale at midday tomorrow, July 13. Head to livenation.co.nz for complete tour and ticketing details.
Amy’s lead single Adorehas heralded her meteoric rise to success - amassing over 20
million Spotify plays, the single has gone platinum, reached number 3 on the
ARIA singles chart, came in at number 2 on Triple J’s Hottest 100, and was
shortlisted for APRA’s Song Of The Year. Now one of six tracks on the
outstanding Night
Thinker EP, along with current single Weekends, Amy Shark is a superstar in the
making.
Comfortable and magnetic in front of a crowd, festival slots
have refined the singer-songwriter’s brilliant live show, with her performances
at Groovin The Moo and Bass In The Grass highlights of her career so far, and
an appearance at Splendour In The Grass this weekend still to come. Amy will
then close out the year in impressive fashion, opening for global pop powerhouse
Sia at her Australian arena shows.
Bringing her hilarious stage banter and huge sound, don’t miss your chance to catch Amy Shark live.
