A second show at Black Barn is announced for Sunday 4th February as buzz about Freddy's exceeds expectation in Hawke's Bay!

Francis de Jager, Black Barn Events Manager said "Freddy's first show at Black Barn sold out in 24 hours, one of the quickest selling New Zealand acts ever for the Amphitheatre in Havelock North... It's insane" he said"we're blown away, absolutely buzzing" 

Freddy's has built up a loyal following at Black Barn playing there most summers for almost ten years, rain or shine, and he said "Freddy's previous show here was one of the best that I have witnessed at the Amphitheatre. Adding to the atmosphere is the sharing of local food and new vintage wines."

Support act The Nudge will also play the second show with tickets going on sale 12pm, Monday 14th August from Ticketmaster & the venue. 

No strangers to packing out large venues, Fat Freddy's Drop have recently returned home to Aotearoa after selling out numerous headlining shows across Europe and the U.K - including one in Amsterdam in under 20 minutes! The band sold out their largest headlining New Zealand show to date at Villa Maria in January earlier this year and are looking forward to doing the same again with help from their friends Norman Jay MBE and Hiatus Kaiyote.

The band have also said of their Kerikeri show being held at Kainui Road, Saturday 6th January with Ladi6 "We're really looking to performing at a brand new venue in a brand new territory - its so beautiful up there, really special"
