show for rap’s fledgling phenomenon Lil
Uzi Vert, heading to Auckland this February.
Dubbed ‘King of the kids’ by Zane Lowe on Beats 1 , Uzi nabbed an MTV Video Music Award for his mammoth single, XO Tour Llife3. Lifted from his 16-track debut album Luv Is Rage 2(out now through Atlantic), the track has amassed over 1.3 billion streams worldwide, and seen him take to the stage with Ed Sheeran to perform a mashup of Shape of You and XO Tour Llif3 at this year’s MTV VMA’s.
