Music News - Kehlani to perform at Bay Dreams

Kehlani to perform at Bay Dreams

05 December 2017 - 0 Comments

Bay Dreams has pulled off the ultimate coup, adding one of R’n’B’s most exciting new acts, Kehlani, to the 2018 line-up.

The rising star will headline the January 2 festival at Bayparkin Tauranga, alongside a stellar list of acts, including DJ Snake, Machine Gun Kelly, Big Shaq, Foster The People, Flatbush Zombies and $uicideboy$.

Kehlani’s appearance at Bay Dreamswraps up a highly successful year for the Californian artist, in which she released and toured her critically acclaimed debut SweetSexySavage, featuring the hits CRZY and Distraction.

“Kehlani may have just set the standard for R&B in 2017, dropping her first studio-released album with numerous nods to the 90s and refreshingly frank takes on love, life and what it is to be a woman… If you're sick of hearing the same old stories but missing the vibe of 90s era R&B, SweetSexySavage brings the best of both worlds”
- NZ Herald
