Broods are postponing the Auckland show in their upcoming Don't Feed The Pop Monster New Zealand tour, due to a scheduling conflict.
The Christchurch show will go ahead as planned.
The Nelson-bred, LA-based duo were set to play at the Auckland Town Hall on Sunday, March 24. This all-ages show will now be held on Thursday, May 16 at the same venue. Tickets for the postponed show remain valid and there will be refunds for those who can’t make the new date.
The rest of the tour remains the same, with Broods playing an all-ages show at the Christchurch Town Hall on Friday, March 22. Indie-alt rockers Balu Brigada will support Broods at both shows.

The Don't Feed The Pop Monster tour follows the release of the band’s critically acclaimed third album of the same name. Listen to the album here and watch Broods perform their current single Too Proud on The Late Late Show With James Corden.
On the Don't Feed The Pop Monster album, Broods (Georgia and Caleb Nott) reunited with their longtime producer Joel Little (Khalid, Lorde, Imagine Dragons) and also enlisted producers like Tommy English (BØRNS, K.Flay). At turns ethereal and frantic, moody and euphoric, the result is an album that’s elegantly sculpted yet defies all pop convention.

Support act Balu Brigada are known for their high energy alt-rock with hip-hop beats and pop hooks. Live, they are a force to be reckoned with and have supported acts such as Kiwi artist Thomston and Australian pop artist E^ST, as well as playing major festivals such as R&V and ZM’s Float.
