With the departure of Summer, Beachware share their first single of 2019. A darker, more electronic release about looking for connections, and abandoning them, on the dance floor. Rob Hartnell and Alexandra Selkirk-Hanna remind listeners that regardless of conscience, sometimes you have to face the facts.
The second of three new singles, Leave It Alone showcases a shift away from the guitar-heavy, DIY EP and a move into quickly comfortable indie electro territory. Alongside producer NILA and engineer Shannon Fowler, the band debut a mature, more polished sound.
