Matt Corby today announces the special guest Mane joining him for his Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch shows in April as part of his Rainbow Valley nationwide tour.
With a haunting and high energy live set, Mane’s explosive indie pop is something that has to be seen to be fully believed. With big bold vocals and tunes that have any crowd singing and dancing along to the saddest of songs, you can't help but have a great time at a MANE show. Her 2018 breakout singles Chasing Butterflies and Save Yourself have featured strongly across Triple J, have seen her highlighted as Apple Music’s Artist of the week and taking home the trophy for Best Solo artist at the South Australian Music Awards. Reviews for her live show have seen strong comparisons to Lorde, Florence and the Machine, and with new music set to drop mid 2019, it’s clear there is more to look forward to from this enigmatic artist.

The Australian leg of the tour is currently underway with Matt and the band playing songs from the new album Rainbow Valley to audiences for the first time. This will be Matt’s first headline tour of New Zealand since the Telluric Tour in 2016, along with his recent performance at Rhythm and Alps over New Years Eve in Wanaka.
For a decade, the multi-platinum-selling musician has been pushing his own boundaries, embracing a journey of self-discovery that’s seen him wrestle a few pre-conceptions and stare down his share of demons. With two ARIA Song of the Year awards and a #1 debut album behind him, Corby can genuinely lay claim to some hard-earned perspective.
Now we see a new chapter in Corby’s life with the release of his much anticipated second album Rainbow Valley, recorded in the idyllic surroundings of Byron Bay’s Music Farm studios. Rainbow Valley was released last November which contains singles No Ordinary Life and All Fired Up and current single Miracle Love.
Matt Corby’s Rainbow Valley tour kicked off in Australia on March 21 and will be coming to New Zealand mid April – full dates, venues and ticketing details below:
