Loop Select 007: We Are Here

13 October 2005 - 0 Comments

LOOP Recordings Aot(ear)oa is proud to present the release of 'LOOP Select 007: We Are Here', the latest installment in a series of creative box sets featuring a selection of the most progressive new audio-visual content from Aotearoa, and around the world. Following from the success of last year’s 'LOOP Select 006: KONO', which achieved Gold status, the call was again put out for creative submissions. Within no time at all LOOP was flooded with inspiring work from all over the country and, after careful consideration, a selection of gems were chosen for 'We Are Here'.

In 'We Are Here', LOOP has again taken on a challenge, doing what few others dare to do. Blurring the boundaries between artistic mediums, We Are Here provides artists with an international platform to present their work in a multimedia environment.

CD
Once again, 'Select 007' features a CD with 15 sizzling tracks from old school cruisers and new school bruisers. Building on the success of previous installments, 'Select 007' is about providing our most deserving talent with a valuable opportunity to meet with like-minded artists from the world stage, and the CD includes tracks from France, Germany, and Sweden as well as New Zealand.
