Upcoming Christchurch based R&B artist Marley Sola releases Moment, the second track from his soon to be released EP.
Written, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by Marley, Moment speaks to a point of reflection for a young artist who has fought to get ahead in life, only to realise that they have already accomplished more than they could've ever dreamed of.
The track takes inspiration from Lauren Hill, Chance the Rapper and PJ Morton and shows another step in Marley's journey to develop his own unique production style. It also features a guest saxophone performance from Marley's uncle Conan Wilcox, known for his years performing in Salmonella Dub.
While the track's lyrics are about Marley's own journey listeners can all take something different from the song, hopefully a message of hope and strength.
