The hot rockin’ lady of Country, Rockabilly and Soul, Tami Neilson, releases third single Ten Tonne Truck off her forthcoming album Chickaboom!

Ten Tonne Truck is the third single from award-winning country-rockabilly Tami Neilson’s upcoming new album, Chickaboom!, which is set for worldwide release on St Valentine’s Day 2020 on Neilson Records/Southbound Distribution.
Written by Tami Neilson and produced by Delaney Davidson and Neilson, Ten Tonne Truck plays on the sassy singer songwriter’s hardworking musical journey, performed with her powerhouse set of vocals.
Following on from the success of the release of her first single Hey Bus Driver in October 2019, Neilson’s new video is again decorated with her cool retro style and high-spirited wit, directed by Tami’s younger brother Todd Neilson.
"I wanted this video to represent the two sides to every musician, give fans a peek into the hustle and grind behind the glamour. When my brother and director Todd Neilson (Valiant Made) came up with this concept, he originally had a male actor in mind to pull the truck. We then agreed that having me play both the roles would be a more fitting analogy of what it's like to be an artist. There's the "glamorous" persona that the public sees: the made-up, beehived and sequinned, Instagram-worthy artist who is always smiling and perceived as successful. Then there's the reality behind all the smoke and mirrors, the relentless grind, pulling that whole thing on your back with blood, sweat and tears, head down as you try to focus on putting one foot in front of the other. That said, in preparation for all the money this single is going to make, I'm already researching used Ten Tonne Trucks online.” -Tami Neilson.
Tami Neilson’s latest single, Ten Tonne Truck is out now on all streaming services. Chickaboom! Will be released through Neilson Records/Southbound Distribution on 14 February 2020.
