Rogue Element and the Sun Drenched Sands left college and blew around the globe like the aforemention sands. We got back togeather a couple of summers back to record and holiday at Castlepoint on our native East Coast, Wairarapa.

It went so well we did it again on an island in Moreton Bay, Queensland, a year later then again after a swagging trip through outback Oz. We've got around 20 tunes and sent a demo to Radio New Zealand in Januaury which resulted in a lead story on Richard Wain's the Music Mix programme. So then we set up at rudimentary website at www.sundrenchedsands.com where you all can download a few tunes. We're not playing live at the moment to geographical differences but want to blow our rough and ready tunes further than the bach and our bedrooms. It's a pretty eclectic style but is stiched togeather by our upbeat energy and vocals. For lack of a better description we play poppy Kiwi rural reggae folk.
