Fideleo and the Auckland Art Gallery
Posted: Mon May 29, 2006 9:15 pm

Coinciding with Art & the 60s from Tate Britain, Fideleo will be performing for the month of June and first weekend of July at the Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki.

Fideleo will perform every Saturday from 3pm in the main gallery auditorium and for free. These 'In Rehearsal' sessions will allow the audience to get an insight into the workings of the band, as Fideleo rehearse material for their impending first album.

Fideleo would be best described as contemporary, progressive rock with perhaps a shade of epic. Their intention is to take the listeners on a hypnotic journey of musical expression.

So join Fideleo on their journey, browse Auckland Art Gallery's collection or catch this year's major exhibition Art & the 60s from Tate Britain, which tracks a decade that changed a culture.

NOTE - $4 all day discount parking deal - Victoria Street car park cnr Kitchener and Victoria Sts - park then pick up your discount voucher from the Gallery's information desk.
