"Itchycoo Park was formed over three years ago by Bernard Fouhy and Dave Reardon . We should have known better at our age but decided to give it another “go”. Bernards wife Colleen was keen to do backup vocals as was his brother Greg to play keyboards. Allen Little joined on guitar and we “conned” the only real singer we knew of, Carl Evensen, to sing vocals. It worked…. Sort of, and ITCHYCOO PARK was born."

"Our philosophy was simple. Play the music that we liked and grew up listening to. Play it for fun and play it to as many like-minded people as possible."
