NoReason were all brought up in the same crowd and the same small town.

Turna (guitarist) got a guitar for xmas of 2005 and began committing to a dream of his for years, playing music with his great mate Tyski (drums).

Tyski, son of a local drummer KountusinKev, was brought up with music and drums. At an early age his true dream came to vision, becoming a professional musician. Neil Diggie Dog (vocals) was the next to join the band when he one day ran into the Turnbull's basement and found Turnz n Tyski jamming and making up music on the spot! His first words were "Fuck guys this is sic!!" Followed by "Get me a mic!" Tyski ran up the road to his old's place and grabbed his mother's TV3 microphone. And there was what was to be NoReason.

Time passed and a few songs were down, three at that. A bass is what they needed to improve the heavy sound. Brogz (xbassist) was their first pick being a close friend and thats what the band was about! Brogz slowly faded away from the idea. The next pick was an unknown suspect! Local hardcore metal psycho Dilldo (bass) showed up wanting to play! Never before played an instrument but NoReason knew he would be dedicated. His music was true! His music was pure! He brought to the band an aggressive form of attitude and made NoReason what it is today!!

A hardcore underground garage doing it for themselves metal band! Friendship and music is their life! And they have NoReason to prove it! Just listen.

Drummer Tyski has currently moved down to Dunedin to try and fulfill his dream of being a musician/involved in music in any way.

The band NoReason still get together when they can and jam out. Make what you make of them!
