Auckland's rising stars As Colour Fades are here to make a mark.

With the drop of their debut release In Division, As Colour Fades have been travelling across New Zealand promoting their personal brand of melodic metalcore and making a heap of new friends along the way.

Definitely a name on the lips of many fans, the young band's brand of beautifully intricate melody matched with crushing heavy riffage has created a stir and connected with audiences in New Zealand and Australia and earned the new EP a great and positive response.

Since their 2009 inception, As Colour Fades have shared the stage with many of today's hottest international acts including: Scary Kids Scaring Kids, The Word Alive, Of Mice and Men, Stray From The Path, Prepared Like A Bride, Northlane, Sienna Skies and many more.

2012 saw As Colour Fades win the highly coveted first place slot in Red Bull's Sound Vault competition which earned them studio recording time and thousands of dollars worth of instruments and equipment from New Zealand's Music Planet. The competition helped to propel As Colour Fades to new heights and during the course of the contest thousands of fans rallied behind them to show their support which ultimately drove the band to take the top spot above countless contestants.

As Colour Fades kicked off 2013 with a whirlwind start which saw the band playing numerous shows across New Zealand solidifying their place at the top of many of their local counterparts. A national tour alongside Australia's Sienna Skies (Artery Recordings/InVogue Records) as well as festival appearances at Brisbane, Australia's prolific Easterfest 2013 Festival helped to fuel further interest in the band both at home and abroad and played catalyst to a busy and successful year ahead.

Having performed direct support slot with Australian legends I Killed The Prom Queen and House VS Hurricane, there is no stopping As Colour Fades from invading venues nationwide and captivating the minds and hearts of many new fans wherever they set foot.

To say that the band has gone from strength to strength whilst putting in a massive amount of hard work would be a gross understatement.
