Drop State is a fusion of East Coast flavoured reggae, bass heavy jamaican dub, long beach ska, punk rock, heavy 7 string riffing and pshycadelic Pink Floyd influences. To name but a few .

Having released s debut EP in a lo-fi format in early 2006, to great response, they have been on a hiatus of sorts as they traveled the world seeking new inspiration.

Now newly reformed, Drop State is back in the studio recording new material, with new visions and inspirations, as well as working with various collaborators and like minded musicians, the instrumental elements have been further expanded to enhance the sound.

The new album (a full length LP) is due to drop late 2013, and will be available through, bandcamp iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and other stockists...
